- Commission: means the Michigan superconducting super collider commission created in section 4. See Michigan Laws 3.813
- Superconducting super collider: means a 20 trillion electron volt superconducting super colliding particle beam accelerator proposed by the United States department of energy. See Michigan Laws 3.813
A property owner whose property is acquired for the superconducting super collider may retain improvements for removal from the site at salvage value. A salvage value will be prepared by the commission at the request of the property owner.
