  • Oil and gas: means oil and gas as such in combination one with the other and also means oil, gas, casinghead gas, casinghead gasoline, gas distillate, or other hydrocarbons, or any combination or combinations of these substances, which may be found in or produced from a common source of supply of oil, gas, oil and gas, or gas distillate.   • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
   An agreement between or among lessees or other owners of oil and gas rights in oil and gas properties entered into pursuant to this part, or with a view to or for the purpose of bringing about the unitized development or operation of the properties, shall not violate any of the statutes of this state prohibiting monopolies or acts, arrangements, contracts, combinations, or conspiracies in restraint of trade or commerce.
