(1) A board may adopt and have an official seal.
(2) A board or task force may promulgate rules necessary or appropriate to fulfill its functions as prescribed in this article.
Terms Used In Michigan Laws 333.16145
- Board: as used in this part means each board created in this article and as used in any other part covering a specific health profession means the board created in that part. See Michigan Laws 333.16103
- seal: shall be construed to include any of the following:
(a) The impression of the seal on the paper alone. See Michigan Laws 8.3n
(3) Only a board or task force shall promulgate rules to specify requirements for licenses, registrations, renewals, examinations, and required passing scores.
