The board shall do all of the following:
(a) Make recommendations to the department concerning the denial, suspension, or revocation of licenses required pursuant to this act, and other enforcement matters under this act.
Terms Used In Michigan Laws 338.3205
- Asbestos: means a group of naturally occurring minerals that separate into fibers, including chrysotile, amosite, crocidolite, anthophyllite, tremolite, and actinolite. See Michigan Laws 338.3103
- Board: means the asbestos abatement contractors licensing board created in section 201. See Michigan Laws 338.3103
- Department: means the department of consumer and industry services. See Michigan Laws 338.3103
(b) Upon request by the department, advise the department on the preparation and distribution of information on asbestos.
(c) Advise the department on the promulgation of administrative rules pursuant to this act.
