Terms Used In Michigan Laws 338.3215
- Department: means the department of consumer and industry services. See Michigan Laws 338.3103
- License: means an authorization issued by the department upon recommendation by the board for demolition, renovation, encapsulation, or removal of asbestos. See Michigan Laws 338.3103
The department may revoke or suspend a license as provided under the administrative procedures act of 1969.
