Terms Used In Michigan Laws 35.1011
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
This act shall be finally effective at such time as the question set forth in section 5 is approved by a majority vote of the qualified electors of the state as required by article 9, section 15 of the state constitution.
