Terms Used In Michigan Laws 38.2809
- Corrective action plan: means a plan that details the actions to be taken by a local unit of government to address and resolve the underfunded status of the local unit of government. See Michigan Laws 38.2803
- Local unit of government: means any of the following:
(i) A city. See Michigan Laws 38.2803
An underfunded local unit of government shall develop and submit for approval a corrective action plan for the local unit of government. The local unit of government shall determine the components of the corrective action plan.
