- Program: means the Michigan business and industrial training program established pursuant to section 3. See Michigan Laws 421.222
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
The program shall train persons for jobs that are characterized by the following criteria: skill demand, wage for the area commensurate with the skill required for the job, feasibility and desirability for location within this state.
