Terms Used In Florida Statutes 413.201
- Act: means the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. See Florida Statutes 413.20
- Department: means the Department of Education. See Florida Statutes 413.20
Effective on the effective date of this act, for the purposes of effecting compliance with the Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, the Department of Education is designated the official state agency.
