Terms Used In Michigan Laws 500.225a
- Commissioner: means the director. See Michigan Laws 500.102
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
The commissioner shall contract for services, supplies, and materials pursuant to Act No. 428 of the Public Acts of 1980, being section 450.771 to 450.776 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and pursuant to the competitive bid requirements of the management and budget act, Act No. 431 of the Public Acts of 1984, being section 18.1101 to 18.1594 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
