- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. On and after January 1, 1946, no company organized or operating under the provisions of this chapter shall issue fire insurance policies on farm property in this state other than those of the standard form as set forth in section 6868.
