  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
   A dental care corporation, by its articles of incorporation or bylaws, may limit the care that it will furnish, and may divide such care as it elects to furnish into classes or kinds. A corporation by its bylaws may limit the issuance of contracts to residents of certain counties.
