Terms Used In Michigan Laws 750.520h

  • Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
  • Victim: means the person alleging to have been subjected to criminal sexual conduct. See Michigan Laws 750.520a
   The testimony of a victim need not be corroborated in prosecutions under section 520b to 520g.
