- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Vehicle: means that term as defined in section 79 of the Michigan vehicle code, 1949 PA 300, MCL 257. See Michigan Laws 777.1
This chapter applies to the following felonies enumerated in section 625 to 625q of chapter VI of the Michigan vehicle code, 1949 PA 300, within chapter 257 of the Michigan Compiled Laws:
