The bridge on U.S. Highway 169 crossing over the Missouri River from Jackson County to Clay County shall be designated the “John Jordan ” Buck ” O’Neil Memorial Bridge”. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating the bridge, with the costs for such designation to be paid for by private donation.
