The portion of State Highway 740 from Audubon Drive to .25 miles east of MO 763 in Boone County shall be designated the “SGT Phillip Anderson Memorial Highway”. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
