The portion of U.S. 67 from Maple Street continuing to Perrine Road through the city of Farmington in St. Francois County shall be designated the “SP5 Billy J Meador Memorial Highway”. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
