The bridge on CST Connecticut Avenue that crosses over Interstate 44 within the city of Joplin in Newton County shall be designated the “Officer Timothy Nielson Memorial Bridge”. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such bridge, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
