- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Said board of trustees shall have power to pass all necessary rules and regulations for the proper management and conduct of the business of said board of trustees, and of said corporation, and for the carrying into effect the objects for which such sanitary district is formed.
