- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The state office shall file with the governor and members of the general assembly an annual report which shall include suggestions and recommendations for the improvement and better coordination of said planning activities.
