1. Upon designation of the election districts the court shall call for the referendum and board election accordingly.
2. The call for the referendum and first board election shall specify also at least the following:

- Court: the circuit court wherein the petition for the organization of the district was filed and granted. See Missouri Laws 257.020
- following: when used by way of reference to any section of the statutes, mean the section next preceding or next following that in which the reference is made, unless some other section is expressly designated in the reference. See Missouri Laws 1.020
(1) The purpose of the district as organized by the court;
(2) The general area of the district;
(3) The qualification of voters;
(4) The vote required for passage of the referendum;
(5) The basis of representation provided herein for the election of trustees, and the filing time for candidates for the board of trustees.
