- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
A full and complete record of every hearing held by the commission or by any of the divisions within the department shall be kept. All testimony at any such hearing shall be recorded, but need not be transcribed unless needed in connection with further appeals.
