Terms Used In Missouri Laws 313.802
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Sections 313.800 to 313.840 do not apply to the state lottery, bingo, or to the pari-mutuel system of wagering used or intended to be used pursuant to this chapter.
