Terms Used In Missouri Laws 327.635
- Architect: any person authorized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter to practice architecture in Missouri, as the practice of architecture is defined in section 327. See Missouri Laws 327.011
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Nothing contained in sections 327.600 to 327.635 shall be considered as a directive to any state department of administration or any political subdivision thereof to employ a professional landscape architect.
