Terms Used In Missouri Laws 338.370

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020

Every person who violates any provision of sections 338.333, 338.337, and 338.340 shall, upon conviction thereof, be adjudged guilty of a class D felony.
