Terms Used In Missouri Laws 349.015

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

Any corporation subject to sections 349.010 to 349.100 is prohibited the power of eminent domain.
