Terms Used In Missouri Laws 392.190
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The provisions of sections 392.190 to 392.530 shall apply to telecommunications service between one point and another within the state of Missouri and to every telecommunications company.
