- Discovery: Lawyers' examination, before trial, of facts and documents in possession of the opponents to help the lawyers prepare for trial.
An action to enforce any provision of sections 408.675 to 408.700 may be brought in the circuit court within three years from the date on which the violation occurs or on the date of discovery of such violation, whichever is later.
