  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • Record: "recorded" or "recording", the recording of a document into the official public record, regardless of the process used. See Missouri Laws 59.005

The record of such rerecorded conveyances shall impart notice to the same extent and shall be admissible in evidence with like effect as the original record.
