- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Such person shall, within ten days thereafter, cause such certificate, together with his acceptance of the office, to be filed in the office of the township clerk; his neglect or refusal so to do shall be deemed a refusal to serve.
