  • person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020

Any person serving as a township officer may be removed from the township board by a majority vote of the other board members for failing to attend two or more consecutive meetings of the board.
