Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1.140 to the contrary, the provisions of sections 84.343 to 84.346 shall be nonseverable. If any provision of sections 84.343 to 84.346 is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall invalidate all of the remaining provisions of this act^*.
