Terms Used In Missouri Laws 9.140
- Month: means a calendar month, and "year" means a calendar year unless otherwise expressed, and is equivalent to the words year of our Lord. See Missouri Laws 1.020
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The governor shall annually issue a proclamation making the month of February “Missouri Lifelong Learning Month”, and recommending that it be observed by the people with appropriate activities in the public schools and otherwise to promote public awareness of the importance of ongoing education throughout each person‘s lifetime.
