- Month: means a calendar month, and "year" means a calendar year unless otherwise expressed, and is equivalent to the words year of our Lord. See Missouri Laws 1.020

The month of March is hereby designated as “Problem Gambling Awareness Month” in Missouri. The citizens of this state are encouraged to participate in appropriate events and activities to increase public awareness of problem gambling and the availability of prevention, treatment, and recovery services.
