Terms Used In Missouri Laws 95.160
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The provisions of sections 95.115 to 95.155 shall apply to all cities, towns and villages in this state, whether organized by special charter or under the general laws of the state, any provision in any special charter of any city, town or village in the state to the contrary notwithstanding.
