Terms Used In Missouri Laws 95.460
- Heretofore: means any time previous to the day when the statute containing it takes effect. See Missouri Laws 1.020
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
No law or act heretofore passed by any general assembly for the state of Missouri shall be in any way construed to abridge, impair or otherwise affect the provisions of sections 95.415 to 95.455.
