33-7-127. Service of process. Service of process against a society authorized to do business in this state must be made pursuant to 35-7-113 or in any other manner permitted by law.
Terms Used In Montana Code 33-7-127
- Process: means a writ or summons issued in the course of judicial proceedings. See Montana Code 1-1-202
- Service of process: The service of writs or summonses to the appropriate party.
- Society: means a fraternal benefit society described in 33-7-105. See Montana Code 33-7-108
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
