53-20-601. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
Terms Used In Montana Code 53-20-601
- Center: means the intensive behavior center provided for in 53-20-602. See Montana Code 53-20-601
- Department: means the department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201. See Montana Code 53-20-601
(1)”Center” means the intensive behavior center provided for in 53-20-602.
(2)”Department” means the department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201.
(3)”Developmental disability” has the meaning provided in 53-20-102.
