53-4-613. Employment and training program. In cases in which the department determines that participation in the employment and training program would be appropriate for a recipient of cash assistance, the recipient may be required to participate in employment and training as one of the eligibility conditions.
Terms Used In Montana Code 53-4-613
- Cash assistance: means the programs designed to provide families with monthly cash grants and opportunities leading to self-support and funded, in part, with temporary assistance for needy families block grant funds as provided in 45 C. See Montana Code 53-4-602
- Department: means the department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201. See Montana Code 53-4-602
