- Elections official: means any of the following:
California Elections Code 320
- minimal sedation: means a drug-induced state during which patients respond normally to verbal commands. See California Business and Professions Code 1647.30
- Reporter: Makes a record of court proceedings and prepares a transcript, and also publishes the court's opinions or decisions (in the courts of appeals).
