7-11-227. Furnishing of information to commission. Upon request of the presiding officer of the commission, all state agencies, all counties and other units of local government, and the officers and employees of those entities shall furnish the commission with information that may be necessary for carrying out its functions and that may be available to or procurable by the agencies or units of government.

  • Commission: means an interlocal cooperation commission established pursuant to 7-11-204. See Montana Code 7-11-203
  • Presiding officer: A majority-party Senator who presides over the Senate and is charged with maintaining order and decorum, recognizing Members to speak, and interpreting the Senate's rules, practices and precedents.
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
