7-14-202. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
Terms Used In Montana Code 7-14-202
- Board: means the board of transportation of any district created under this part. See Montana Code 7-14-202
- Commissioners: means the board of county commissioners or other governing body of a county. See Montana Code 7-14-202
- District: means any transportation district created under this part. See Montana Code 7-14-202
(1)”Board” means the board of transportation of any district created under this part.
(2)”Commissioners” means the board of county commissioners or other governing body of a county.
(3)”District” means any transportation district created under this part.
