7-34-2502. Joint institutions authorized. Two or more counties may by contract create a joint institution which will be operated and financed by the contracting counties.

- Joint institution: means a county health care facility or boarding home for the aged constructed, purchased, leased, equipped, and operated by two or more counties pursuant to the terms of the contract creating it. See Montana Code 7-34-2501
