7-34-2501. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
Terms Used In Montana Code 7-34-2501
- Joint institution: means a county health care facility or boarding home for the aged constructed, purchased, leased, equipped, and operated by two or more counties pursuant to the terms of the contract creating it. See Montana Code 7-34-2501
(1)”Contract” means the agreement entered into by two or more counties for the purpose of creating a joint institution.
