7-34-2504. Division of costs among counties. The total cost of the joint institution shall be divided between the contracting counties in such manner as they shall determine.
Terms Used In Montana Code 7-34-2504
- Joint institution: means a county health care facility or boarding home for the aged constructed, purchased, leased, equipped, and operated by two or more counties pursuant to the terms of the contract creating it. See Montana Code 7-34-2501
