7-5-2105. Authority to contract for printing and supplies. The board of county commissioners has jurisdiction and power, under such limitations and restrictions as are prescribed by law, to contract for the county printing and to provide books and stationery for county officers.

- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
- Printing: means the act of reproducing a design on a surface by any process. See Montana Code 1-1-203
