76-17-101. (Temporary) Definitions. As used in this part, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following definitions apply:
Terms Used In Montana Code 76-17-101
- Board: means the board of land commissioners. See Montana Code 76-17-101
- Department: means the department of natural resources and conservation. See Montana Code 76-17-101
(1)”Board” means the board of land commissioners.
(2)”Department” means the department of natural resources and conservation. (Terminates June 30, 2027–sec. 10, Ch. 374, L. 2017.)
