Terms Used In Montana Code 80-18-106
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Hemp: means the plant species Cannabis sativa L. See Montana Code 80-18-101
(1)documentation showing the type and variety of seeds; and
(2)a copy of any contract to grow hemp.
