82-4-426. Reclamation of land on which bond forfeited. In keeping with the provisions of this part, the department or its agents or contractors may enter and reclaim any affected land with respect to which a bond has been forfeited.

- Affected land: means the area of land and land covered by water that is disturbed by opencut operations. See Montana Code 82-4-403
