  • Familial status: shall mean one or more minors being domiciled with:

    (1) A parent or another person having legal custody of such individual. See Nebraska Statutes 20-311

  • Lease: A contract transferring the use of property or occupancy of land, space, structures, or equipment in consideration of a payment (e.g., rent). Source: OCC
